"Was very unhappy with the way my husbands truck claim is being handled when another company truck hit his truck while it was parked. State Farm had to get involved because we could not get the other companies insurance to answer us in a timely manner. Same issue with State Farm, lack of communication, but they didn’t seem to fully listen to my husband when he said his truck was having additional issues and we were unhappy with the collision company State Farm is partnered with. State Farm also got an attitude with my husband regarding him complaining about this collision company and that he felt like the guy who was handling his truck was not listening to him and also seemed like he was just wanting to get money from us/State Farm. This whole thing has been handled very poorly by everyone involved but when you pay to have insurance to protect you and your car and get treated like your opinion/feelings don’t matter, its hard to want to stay with that company. We are still waiting to be refunded for the truck repairs and State Farm said it could take up to 6 months. We have also found someone cheaper to go with for our insurance needs."

"I'm sorry — this is not okay, and I understand your frustration completely. When you're paying for insurance and your husband is dealing with a claim that wasn't even his fault, the last thing you should feel is dismissed. I want to be honest with you: the claims handling you described is managed by State Farm's claims division, not our local agency. We don't make those decisions, and we don't have visibility into every conversation that happens between a customer and a claims rep. But I do take it personally when someone from our agency's book of business has an experience like this. If you're open to it, I'd like to connect with you directly to see what, if anything, I can still do to help — whether that's advocating for a faster resolution on the reimbursement or simply making sure your voice gets heard at a higher level. "This office is amazing. Ive been working with Henry on getting all my plans up and running after separating from a family plan. "I had a great experience talking with Joseph. He helped me understand my policy and walked me though what coverage is best for me and my family. He also answered all of my questions Including the what if's to find the best coverage for me. We talked about life insurance and rental insurance on what's covered and not covered he was very understanding with what I could afford and did not push me for something I didn't need. Really appreciated that. I would highly recommend talking to Joseph for coverage needs and insurance. I now have renters insurance and full coverage on my 2013 Subaru Forester for only 95$ a month my previous plane with renters insurance was 74.89$ a month and that was liability coverage so thank you so much."
